Reflexology is a natural healing therapy that goes as far back as the Egyptians thousands of years ago. Gentle touch is a subtle and delicate form of reflexology that uses a very light and comforting touch which is intended to improve your own healing power. This technique helps people emotionally, physically and with increased levels of energy. It is an holistic therapy, it treats the whole body. The feet mirror the body and there are thousands of nerve endings that terminate in the feet, hands and face, the practitioner gently stimulates a reflex point to cause an effect in the body.
